Culture Unstained are a group fighting to get fossil fuel money out of culture. In March 2023, their campaigning revealed how the Science Museum’s partnership with coal conglomerate Adani was pushed through without the Board reviewing the Museum’s own report into the controversies surrounding the sponsor. We were asked to transformed the Museum’s overlooked report into a powerful photo-book bringing to life the catalogue of criminal investigations, environmental and human rights abuses surrounding Adani. Individual copies were sent to the museum’s trustees prior to the book’s publication. We are very proud to have played a small part in the campaign.
